Dietary Stories of One Household: Multi-proxy Study of Food Remains at Dominikonų St. 11 in Vilnius Between 15th-18th Century

This article presents research results from the archaeological excavation in territory of Dominikonų St. 11 Vilnius Old Town. In order to present as thorough dietary reconstructions people who lived here possible, four groups evidence were combined together: artifacts, historical datasets, zooarchaeological and archaeobotanical investigation. The analyzed materials are covering a wide chronological range (between 15th 18th century) allowing us observe changes relation architectural development, spatial distribution. shows human diet across time pre-Palace consisting grain cattle meat imported oysters, veal, game, wines during Palace period.
